So apparently I am a little too busy these days to commit to #NaBloPoMo this month. But I got some good posts out of it, and I think I am going to try another time. I have realized a lot about my time management this week, and it looks like I have about 9 more months to chill and just be a mom! Freelancing is going to have to wait, too. I know I said I would be back at the end of this month, but the demands of raising a baby and a toddler and keeping this house running smoothly — I just don’t know how to carve out the time needed to really get in the zone and get stuff done. I used to do it at night before EM got here, but now at night I am too exhausted to get motivated. I usually end up curling up on the couch and watching Desperate housewives on Netflix – and, as I have learned from my husband and family this week, thats OKAY. I get to take some time off and watch my babies grow and I am totally thankful and feel super blessed.
EM turns 3 months old tomorrow. I can’t believe how fast the time is going by. She’s smiling and giggling up a storm these days (especially at her brother, whom she ADORES), and bats at her toys and last night? She decided to sit up. Yeah. Slow down there tiger. She was sitting face out on her daddies chest, when all of a sudden POP! She sits up. It was the weirdest thing. She’s been doing a ton of advanced things thus far, but this is the craziest thing I have ever seen!
